On Thursday 21st May we had a lively and interactive workshop designed to help small businesses determine what factors were necessary to consider when employing staff. Attendees expressed their appreciation for the in depth and dynamic presentations and the opportunity to receive tailored and meaningful responses from their well thought out questions. They remarked favourably on how relative the topics were to their businesses, including: Who and how to employ | Establishing a strategic direction | Communication and delegation | and The roles and responsibilities of employers. Those attending also benefited from the more than 30 years of Human Resources related combined experience of the presenters, Lynette Heidenreich and Stephen Birch.
